Juan Juarez is the new IBUM for Architectural Services
We are pleased to introduce our new International Business Unit Manager for Architectural Services, Juan Juarez.
Juan has worked with our in-house architectural studio, Arquid, since 2012, when he was hired as an intern. High-speed career advancement was a part of his plan from the time he first joined the Arquid team. “The idea was to grow a lot and very quickly and to do as much as possible, learn as much as possible, do every type of project, everything I could ever imagine," he recalls, noting that IPS quickly made it possible to achieve those goals.
In his new role, Juan will oversee IPS’s architectural projects on a global level, ensuring a unified approach across all IPS countries, industries, and services. But he notes that his priority is to maintain the positive working relationships that make IPS great. "The most important thing is the team and the people,” Juan says. “Learning how to work with each other is what is going to make us grow and make us achieve our greatest ambitions."
